A Short Bio

Kobi is a Minang, Bibbulmun, Whadjak Noongar, born and raised in Boorloo, Perth. While Teaching at Moorditj Noongar Community College and Bold Park Community School, Kobi coordinates cultural initiatives such as Madjitil Moorna, Koondarm, Walyalup Kaanajil and Koorlong. Music projects including Koortal, Artie Parfitt and Endeavourous are projects that earned him the 2018 Perth NAIDOC Youth of the Year award.
